Modeling
The modeling part in the context of the Flexicount project addresses the following aspects:
- Conduct field-tests with the first proof-of-concept prototypes in parallel with other existing technologies (e.g. vision based approaches).
- Validate the gathered data and develop a model that allows to assess the deviation of the accuracy for counting people in dense situations.
- Asses the robustness and suitability for daily use of the sensor mats and its' associated people-counting technology.
