System-Test
In cooperation with Infineon Technologies Austria AG we focus on the system verification and user-mode validation process of semiconductor units. In particular, our focus is to stress and investigate the interference of verified standalone components and to research ways to improve the testability of these issues, both pre- and post-silicon.
In the long run our vision is to integrate a runtime verification unit that allows engineers to assess and supervise various properties on-chip.

The objectives of this module are:
- Development of a System-C test environment for a system-test of both analog and digital units
- Engineering of a user-mode test framework for post-silicon verification and validation
- Development of a runtime-verification IP module suitable for system-tests of both analog and digital units
- Establishing a link between post-silicon validation and pre-silicon verification
