Embedded Systems

The RSA (Research Studio Austria) named COORDES (Coordinated Test, Debugging, and Diagnosis in Distributed Embedded Systems) is located at the Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien.
The research studio deals with the implementation of a radically new patent-registered method for test and debugging of networked embedded systems. A prove-of-concept is done using FPGA-based as well as MPW-based ASIC prototyping.

The RSA COORDES is funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology (BMVIT), managed by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The duration of the research studio is from Nov. 2008 to Oct. 2011.
