Patrick Moosbrugger was born 1985. After an IT Technician apprenticeship he attended the civilian service. Afterwards he worked for several years as a software developer with focus on database interfaces for an IT service company. Then he attended the night school at the federal commercial highschool in Feldkirch and graduated in 2009. He completed the bachelor studies in the program "Electronic Engineering" in 2013 and his master studies in the program "Embedded Systems" at the UAS Technikum Wien in 2015. Patrick Moosbrugger was working as a junior researcher for the AC-Centrope II project and as a part-time laboratory technician before he joined the Josef Ressel Centre VECS as a Junior Researcher. He left the university in 2016.
