Anna-Maria Adaktylos was born in 1974 in Germany. After graduation at a secondary school in Vienna 19, specializing in languages, she studied general linguistics and English at the University of Vienna, graduating with a Master's degree. After participating in several research projects at the University of Vienna and the Austrian Academy of Sciences, she started with the bachelor program in electronics engineering at the University of Applied Science Technikum Wien in 2013. She was working as a part-time employee at the Research Group Embedded Systems since March 2016 within the publicly funded project iPlat. She finished the bachelor program electronics engineering in June 2016 and left the university afterwards.
