Christian Fibich was born in June 1990. In 2009 he graduated at the HTL Wien Ottakring (Research Group Electronics), and started his studies at the UAS Technikum Wien in 2010 after attending civil service. He received his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering in 2012, and his master's degree in Embedded Systems in 2014. He joined the Research Group Embedded Systems at UAS Technikum Wien as a Lecturer/Researcher in 2013, where he was a member of the R&D projects VECS (2013-2018) and INES (2018-2023). Since February 2024, he has been part of the DrohnFH competence team, dedicated to integrating uncrewed ground and air vehicles into UAS Technikum's study programs.
His research interests include fault-tolerant FPGA design, reliability analysis of designs for SRAM-based FPGAs, and high-level synthesis.
