FPGA 4.0

FPGAs (Field-Programmable Gate Arrays) are sophisticated microelectronic devices that exist since four decades. The R&D project FPGA 4.0 of the Research Group Embedded Systems located at the Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien deals with special aspects of these important electronic components such as security issues and also covers their analog counterparts, called FPAAs (Field-Programmable Analog Arrays).

This project is funded by the City of Vienna, department MA23, under grant number "MA23-Projekt 19-07". We like to thank the company Mils Electronic for financial support by means of scholarship grants that are provided to the participating students and junior researchers.

Project Duration: Nov. 1, 2018 to Dec. 31, 2021
